About

Elevated Carpentry, Loveland Colorado

Elevated Carpentry is Max Morales, working out of Loveland across Northern Colorado. The name is not decoration. Carpentry is the trade the company is built on, and it is why the decks and the built-ins look like they were done by the same person.

The short version

How long has Max been doing this?

Max Morales has worked in the trade for 15 years and has run Elevated Carpentry as his own business since 2023. He trained as a carpenter, which is why the finish work on a deck or a set of built-ins looks the way it does.

Most of the work comes from people who have seen a deck he built for someone they know. That only continues if the last one was done properly, which is most of the quality control a small company needs.

How we work

What is it like to have us on site?

Floor protection goes down before anything else. You get told what is happening that day and what is happening next. If something turns out differently once things are opened up, you hear it that morning rather than at the end.

The things people ask first

Who is Elevated Carpentry?

Elevated Carpentry is Max Morales, a general contractor and carpenter based in Loveland, Colorado. Max has worked in the trade for 15 years and has run Elevated Carpentry as his own business since 2023.

Do you come out to us?

Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor and Greeley. If you are a little outside that, ask anyway.

Who will actually be on my job?

Max, and the crew he works with. He is on site rather than running it from a truck across town.

What sort of work do you take on?

Decks and outdoor living, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, finish carpentry and additions. One crew runs the job from framing through to the final trim.

The work itself is on recent projects across Northern Colorado, and the biggest part of it is custom decks, pergolas and covered patios.

A picture and a rough idea of how you want to use it is enough for Max to tell you what is realistic.
